Sectorinstituut Transport en Logistiek Case Study
The ‘Sectorinstituut Transport en Logistiek’ has been founded on 1st July 2014 by the social partners in the sector (TLN, VVT, FNV Bondgenoten and CNV Vakmensen) after a merger between VTL, Fuwa and Gezond Transport. The Sectorinstituut represents 130.000 employees in the transport sector. One of the services of the Sectorinstituut is supporting its members on the prevention and reduction of absenteeism.
Royal IHC
With over 3000 employees worldwide, Royal IHC is the global market leader for efficient dredging and mining vessels and a supplier of innovative ships and supplies for offshore construction. Sustainable development of its employees is key to minimise the negative consequences of the aging staff combined with the increasing retirement age. On the basis of quantitative and qualitative research, using the scientific Job Demands Resources (JD-R) model, an IHC project team supported by Vital 2 Perform defined 12 quick wins and 12 big wins to improve engagement and sustainable employee development, which are currently being implemented.

ElderCare is a fast growing Dutch company in health care. With over 30 employees ElderCare offers health care products for diabetes, incontinence, wound care and stoma care. Customers are hospitals, care homes and consumers.

Metropole Orkest
The Metropole Orkest is one of the world’s leading pop and jazz orchestra. Due to austerity measures the orchestra lost 50% of its state funding. This change asked for a new vision, mission and strategy. New competences are required. Vital 2 Perform has helped the Metropole Orkest developing a new mission, vision and strategy with which the whole orchestra feels connected. Additionally Vital 2 Perform helped changing the culture in such a way that it supports achieving the mission, vision and strategy.
Martinair
Martinair Holland today forms part of the KLM Group. The Regional Jet Center (RJC) is one of its three core businesses. With 230 staff, the RJC offers high quality technical maintenance services on Embraer aircraft. Challenged with a continuously changing and highly competitive aircraft maintenance market, a combined team of Ares and Vital 2 Perform first assisted the RJC with defining a shared vision, mission and core values. After this, over a period of several months, all 230 staff participated in tailor made boot camps of three days in the Eiffel mountains in Germany.

Euler Hermes is the global leader in trade credit insurance and a recognized specialist in the areas of bonding, guarantees and collections. Headquartered in Paris, the company is present in over 50 countries with 6,000 employees. Euler Hermes is a subsidiary of Allianz and listed on Euronext Paris (ELE.PA). The company posted a consolidated turnover of €2.5 billion in 2014.
