The Vital2Perform EnergyCheck is now also available in English.
With the tool, employees can measure what resources generate energy for them, filling their energy batteries, and which stressors cost them energy. Energy resources are being measured at organisational-, job- and personal level. Examples of energy resources are resilience, optimism, confidence, autonomy, competence and relatedness. Examples of stressors are work pressure, organisational changes and work conflicts.
Many clients of Vital2Perform also use the tool for their annual or bi-annual Employee Engagement Survey. When more than 15 employees complete the survey, Vital2Perform can supply a comprehensive report at organisational level.
